Boardsort.com Headquarters

Foundations of the Future.

After all the work to fill, compact, and level the site, it might seem strange to be digging back into the dirt again. But this time, the digging has a purpose: we’re preparing to pour the footers and pylon bases that will carry the entire weight of the new facility.

The process begins with carefully carved trenches and enormous pylon cavities. Into these, crews will place rebar and then pour 8 inches of solid concrete. These massive bases will anchor the structure, distributing the load and ensuring long-term stability. If you look closely at the size of the pylon cuts, you’ll see just how enormous they really are — proof of how much strength is required to support a building of this scale.

Once the concrete is poured and given time to cure, the groundwork will be set for the next major milestone: masonry. From that point forward, we’ll shift from working beneath the surface to building above it — and the real shape of the facility will finally start to rise.

For now, the trenches and bases may not look glamorous, but they are the literal foundations of the future. Every wall, every dock, every office, and every square foot of the new Boardsort building will stand on what we’re creating here.
